Srushti has begun preparing for the UPSC exam in her third-year of studying engineering. Following her graduation, she was unsure whether she could find satisfaction in a engineering position. It was later discovered the dream job she wanted was in civil service and started to focus on it. Her parents encouraged to study civil service, and to pursue an opportunity to work in public service. Her motivation was constant and she focused only on becoming the IAS officer. In order for UPSC to be a reality the hard work of a lifetime is necessary. When she was preparing in her engineering courses She also had to work on different subjects for UPSC. She allocated time for this exam preparation every day. She spent only one month studying for the exams and stayed away from social media and her social life. Concentration is essential in order to succeed on this test. She hopes to be a civil servant. She made a lot of effort to pass the test on her first attempt. To keep up to date with recent events she would regularly browse through the newspapers. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting studies materials and watching Rajya Sabha TV.
